二 | 牧野区教育体育局立即成立工作专班，进驻牛村小学开展全面调查。 经了解，李某坤、李某熙因价值几元的“假水”玩具产生纠纷。李某熙母亲报警，后经民警、班主任和牛村村委会工作人员调解，由李某坤退还李某熙10元钱，并在班上做检讨。 4月15日，双方家长因检讨事宜，再次产生纠纷，派出所和学校随即进行调解，劝解双方家长理性对待同学间的纠纷和摩擦。 4月16日下午放学后，双方家长又因学生之间是否互相谩骂，在牛村文体广场发生冲突，李某熙家长对李某坤母子进行殴打。 工作专班通过认真调查，确认该事件为学生在校相处过程中产生纠纷，后升级为家长情绪失控发生的殴打他人的治安案件。4月21日，双方已达成谅解。根据调查结果，对涉事学生所在班级班主任进行撤换，对学校主要负责人、安全工作分管负责人严肃追责问责。同时，根据学生本人和家长意愿，适时调班调校，跟进培养管理；邀请心理咨询专家分别对李某坤、李某熙开展心理辅导；组织学校班主任、心理健康教师对全校学生进行团体心理辅导。 新乡市牧野区教育体育局的情况通报指出，此次事件暴露出教育部门存在家校之间联动不紧密、思想动态掌握不及时、安全教育引导不到位等问题。将深刻汲取教训、引以为戒、举一反三，切实加强学校管理和学生思想教育，坚决防止类似事件再次发生。 （中国小康网综合河南省新乡市牧野区教育体育局、央视新闻客户端）。
