Qinghai-Xizang Plateau forum focuses on high-quality development, ecological protection_我的网站

一 |       日前，北京城建·龙樾璟序展示中心正式开放。    (ECNS) -- The 6th Qinghai-Xizang Plateau Development Forum opened on Tuesday in Haiyan County, Haibei Zang Autonomous Prefecture, northwest China’s Qinghai Province.    Co-hosted by the China Tibetology Research Center, leading academic institutions and local governments, the two-day event brought together nearly 50 senior officials and prominent scholars from major universities and research institutes.        Participants held in-depth discussions on promoting long-term stability and high-quality development across the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau under the framework of the Chinese path to modernization.    Key topics included protecting the region as a vital national ecological security barrier, improving local livelihoods, promoting high-quality population development, integrating the development of national parks with surrounding communities, advancing rural revitalization following ecological relocation, and fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.    The forum aims to provide practical, evidence-based policy recommendations to support sustainable and locally adapted modernization across the plateau.     (By Helen Mo, intern Lin Qiaochu)                    。  北京城建相关负责人介绍，北京城建依托集团全产业链优势，打磨成型“1314好房子营造体系”，其中“四好十五匠”人居体系，以15大模块、324项核心技术，转化为可执行、可量化、可感知的人居落地标准。  北京城建·龙樾璟序作为该体系落地的迭代新作，以系统化、标准化、精细化的建造逻辑，为主城改善人居打造全新范本。项目地处北京西四环，坐拥成熟、完善的配套资源。以 “七笔成序” 为整体营造脉络，围绕归家动线、日常休闲、园林漫步、建筑观感、室内起居、精装细节、长效服务七大生活场景逐一打磨。

二 |   据了解，项目推出建面约 68~118 ㎡户型，全盘超九成三面宽规划，实际使用率达约 90%~99%。
