The regulation changed the definition of a firearm under federal law to include unfinished parts, like the frame of a handgun or the receiver of a long gun, so they can be tracked more easily. Those parts must be licensed and include serial numbers. Manufacturers must also run background checks before a sale — as they do with other commercially made firearms. The requirement applies regardless of how the firearm was made, meaning it includes ghost guns made from individual parts or kits or by 3D printers.The regulation will be in effect while the administration appeals the judge's ruling to the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans — and potentially the Supreme Court.。

三 | 不到一个小时，对方就告诉他“任务完成”。然而小郭登录自己的支付软件查看时，竟然发现名下莫名多出了一个陌生的新账号，账户里还有几笔自己毫不知情的转账记录。还没等他弄清楚发生了什么，自己的账号突然被远程强制下线，小郭随即报警。警方调查发现，这并非普通的兼职诈骗，而是一条分工明确、组织严密的黑灰产业链。进而抓获了犯罪嫌疑人赵某，其在网络上发布“代玩手游”“高薪兼职”等虚假招聘信息，以“工作轻松、报酬可观”为诱饵，骗取求职者的姓名、身份证号码、人脸识别数据等全套实名认证信息。
四 | 随后，另一名犯罪嫌疑人负责将这些实名支付账户对接上游诈骗、赌博等违法犯罪资金，并组织人员批量操作这些账户进行“跑分”，帮助非法资金转移。微信表示，很多人以为只是做了一份“兼职”，却不知道，交出去的不只是个人信息，更可能让自己成为黑灰产业链上的“工具人”。
